THE City Engineering Office (CEO) escaped with a 42-36 victory over the City Council team to snag third place in the 45-Up Category of the concluding City Hall Sports Festival on Tuesday, April 21, at the City Hall Quadrangle.

 

The game remained tight during the first three quarters with the score tied at 30-30 in the third. The fourth quarter delivered more excitement, with both sides exchanging baskets and maintaining a narrow 2-3 point gap.
